Our main focus is architectural documentation. To bring a project from its conception to completion, there are a few steps to follow. Some of them are necessary and some are optional. The following are the stages we have identified to develop your project and complete the required milestones

    At this stage the drawings have sufficient information to obtain the building approval. It includes relevant notes to comply with the codes and general indication of material finishes.

    • Construction drawings, such as reflected ceiling plans, slab set out, electrical plans, pool plan and sections, pool details.

    • Construction Details (specific details for thresholds, balustrades, wall ends to floor or ceiling, roof details, facade details, stair details, among other.

    • Detailed drawings such as joinery details, wet area details, features.

    • Materials and Finishes Specification Schedules (substrates, finishes, plumbing and electrical fixtures and fittings, appliances, paint, feature items).

Other services

  • We provide digitalisation of any existing buildings to the level of detail needed.

  • We can document a recently completed building for the purpose of keeping or updating records.

  • We offer documentation of recently constructed buildings for the purpose of retrospective certification. The set of drawings provided are the same as outlined for a new building approval documentation.
